“Kaliev Readings – I” International Scientific and Practical Conference

On May 19, 2026, in Almaty, at the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Development of Agricultural Science and Scientific Support for Kazakhstan’s Agro-Industrial Complex: Theory, Methodology, Practice” was held within the framework of the “Kaliev Readings – I.”
The event was organized by the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the Kazakh Research Institute of Economics of the Agro-Industrial Complex and Rural Development.
Representing the Kazakh Research Institute of Water Management, Chief Researcher N.N. Balgabaev and Leading Researcher Zh.I. Minarbekov took part in the conference.
During the conference, participants discussed key issues related to the development of agricultural science, scientific support for the agro-industrial complex, efficient use of natural resources, agricultural development under climate change conditions, and rational water resource management.
